It a service aimed at providing advice, information and tips on legal and other matters considered useful for professionals active and busy in the legal, financial and economic spectrum of the Maldives.

AXIS CHAMBERS is a partnership registered under the local laws to provide legal, financial and related services. More specifically, its services include legal advice, legal drafting, company secretarial service, legal translation, finance facilitation and investment advice.

Hence its dealings with clients and other important and relevant persons expose them to a wealth of information and knowledge that is of general significance and worthy of being shared with a wide range of interested persons.

The information found in the service is deliberately kept brief, concise and precise. The idea is to give its recipients the gist of the matter in the briefest manner possible. To let them know something they did not already know, or to refresh their memory if they already have knowledge of it. AXIS e-service is the first of its kind in the Maldives. It is delivered via email every Sunday morning with legal and financial tips to over 500 members of the trading and business community. It is also sent to various overseas clients and contacts of AXIS including law firms, financial firms, banks, lending agencies and potential investors.

The Service also acts as a way of reminding relevant parties of legal announcements as they appear and deadlines as they approach. It also keeps them aware of matters of general significance.

AXIS e-service keeps a communication channel open for the recipients of the service to send in their feedback or even ask questions on issues of significance to them, the answers to which are provided free of charge.
